Terms of Service
Effective: August 16, 2026
These terms govern Arkansas Online Business Management (AROBM) and use of its AROBM service through arobm.com. By using AROBM, you represent that you are authorized to act for the business and connected accounts you manage.
Service
AROBM provides business-profile management, Search Console reporting, content planning and publishing, approved directory-submission assistance, SEO tools, lead capture, consent-based email and SMS workflows, and AI receptionist features. Features may depend on third-party platform availability and approval.
Account authorization
You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of submitted business information, content, media, and customer communications.
Acceptable use
You may not use AROBM for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, unsolicited, or unauthorized activity; to evade platform safeguards; or to collect sensitive information through the AI receptionist.
Content, publishing, and bookings
You retain ownership of your content and grant AROBM permission to process and publish it at your direction. TikTok actions occur only after an authorized user connects the account, selects approved content, and chooses Direct Post or Send as Draft. A draft is not published until the user opens the TikTok inbox notification and completes TikTok’s editing and posting flow. Publishing is subject to Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, directory, and other provider terms. Businesses are responsible for keeping bookable services, hours, and appointment policies accurate and for following up with customers who submit appointment requests.
AI output
AI-generated responses may contain mistakes and must not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Businesses are responsible for reviewing their service information and customer-facing configuration.
Communications consent
Businesses may enroll or message only recipients for whom they have appropriate permission. They are responsible for accurate sender identification and mailing-address information. AROBM unsubscribe and opt-out safeguards must not be bypassed.
Availability and liability
AROBM is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected service during the three months before the claim.
Termination
Access may be suspended for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or violation of these terms. Users may stop using the service and revoke connected-platform permissions at any time.
